LUSCIOUS SOFT LIPS

It might be surprising, but one of the best ways to get soft luxurious lips is usingyour eye cream! This might sound surprising, but using eye cream on your lips is much more effective than the most often used petroleum jelly. Why? Your lips soak up the eye cream and leave your lips soft for hours!  Try rubbing a damp towel on your lips first to really smooth out any dead skin and enjoy your amazingly soft lips!!

Create the Smoothest Surface for Makeup

No matter how flawless you think your skin is, using makeup and an HD Camera can show you things you never thought existed! I am HUGE on exfoliating before an important event since most foundations seem to stick to any dead skin! One of the worst things to see as a makeup artist is skin that is cakey or flakey and that really happens waaay too much! The best way to avoid=EXFOLIATE!! This is one of the quickest and easiest ways to exfoliate your skin and it works WONDERS!!
SUPER SMOOTH FACED EXFOLIATOR

This will literally give you the best most softest skin perfect for makeup! Plus the oats and yogurt will help regulate the oil levels in your skin to give you a matte look from day to night!

My acne solution!

im so happy that i just feel like sharing..hahaha

my skin has been soooo sensitive recently for the past 3 months or so..i started breaking out all over my cheeks and forehead that left a few pimple scars..and maaan did i freak out!! lol, reason: let me tell u, i never used to break out, the most i get is just 1-2 pimples and that is usually due to my monthly cycle. i got to know that my break outs are due to hormon imbalance (which is pretty normal in a women) and stress/anxiety that i've been going through for the past few months
i have finally found my holy grail..hell yeahhhhh...my skin is super smooth now, no break outs, just few pimple scars that are gradually fading away.such a great improvement

let me tell u something, acne has nothing to do with your diet or the way you clean your face.  i never knew the simplest thing will cure my break outs. so what i started doing is :

1) i drink about 8-9 glasses of water a day..i subsituted all my soda and sweet baverage with water and fruit juice
2) i wash my face with salicylic face wash once a day..and in the night i use a very mild cleanser with vitamin b5
3) i started taking dietary supplement  and extra vitamin c supplement
4) never ever sleep with makeup on..(which i never do, but just to let u dolls know)
5) steaming my face once a week with water+2 drops of tea tree oil is a must and apply clay mask right after steaming it
6) never over exfoliate your face, i used to think that maybe my exfoliating alot it will get rid of my pimples or using a really harsh cleanser. using harsh cleanser or over exfoliating will strip the skin's natural oil which isn't good, it will only cause the skin to produce more oil and that results : more breakouts!!

if u dolls/guys wants to know what products i used exactly feel free to inbox me here or on facebook :)

blistered feet

This has been one of my favorite quick-and-easy beauty tips since I was a little girl. I don’t know about you, but when I wear certain shoes, in my case designer shoes, I always get blisters.  I HATE THAT! So to keep my feet blister-free, I simply have my own deodorant for my feet.  That’s right, I use the same brand of my underarm deodorant on my feet (just a separate tube).  Deodorant closes the sweat glands that cause blisters to form when you wear tight shoes.  This is super quick and easy and if you are someone who appreciate pretty feet, this will help tremendously! Try it, you will be glad you did!

Home remedies : Deep conditioning for dry damaged hair!

This particular post is requested by one of my friend, Manmeet, so here it goes!! Long before the stores were full of medicines and products to fix our daily problems, people used home remedies to make their lives better. Today, home remedies are still used to treat everything from the common cold to frizzy hair. There are many home remedies for frizzy hair. Here are some that i think worked well..

#1 Home Remedy Frizzy Hair – Olive Oil

Very few of us are blessed with the full, shiny hair we see on shampoo commercials. Rather, to achieve this kind of hair, we have to work daily to maintain healthy follicles. The first of the home remedies for hair care is olive oil. The health benefits of olive oil have been researched for many years. Recently, it was discovered olive oil could also create healthier, stronger hair. If you need help for thin, frizzy hair, simply apply a few drops of olive throughout your hair once daily. Additionally, you should add warm olive oil to your hair for at least 30 minutes, once a week. This hot oil treatment will prevent your hair from becoming frizzy and unmanageable.

#2 Home Remedy Frizzy Hair – Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise is one of the most inexpensive, yet highly effective, home remedies for frizzy hair. If you’re wondering how to fix frizzy hair, simply condition your scalp with mayonnaise on a regular basis. Your hair will be healthier, shinier, and frizz-free. When you condition your hair with the mayonnaise, make sure you let it set on your scalp for at least 15 minutes. This allows the key ingredients to soak into your hair to maximize the effectiveness of the treatment.

Home Remedies for Frizzy Hair: Final Word

While these frizzy hair home remedies are incredibly cheap, they may weigh down your hair. Especially if you are prone to oily hair, you should invest in a frizzy hair products with light ingredients like jojoba extract. Try to avoid silicon based frizzy and damaged hair products, as it will build up on your hair, making it heavy and oily looking. Look for a light, leave-in frizzy hair product.
SO IF U’RE SOMEONE WHO IS AS LAZY AS ME…WHY DONT U MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS UP
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (room temperature if possible)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 egg yolks
After leaving it in cover with a plastic shower cap and then cover with a towel to keep in the heat from your head
Leave it in for about 15-20 minutes..rinse!!
(YEAP!! there’s no denying, ur hair might be smelly, so slap on some conditioner , to take bad odor away)

HONEY for SKIN!!

You may know honey for it’s antibacterial qualities as well as its ability to heal wounds, but you may not know how unbelievably moisturizing honey can be for your skin. Honey has the ability to keep moisture from escaping our skin and will makes skin feel baby soft!
Sweet recipes your skin will thank you for:
Honey Hair Mask: Mix honey and olive oil and place in hair for 30 minutes for a natural moisture-pack hair mask
Honey Body Scrub: Mix honey, olive oil, and brown sugar for a body scrub that is super softening and sweet
